1. Membership Cancellation Policy
All membership cancellations must be requested at least thirty (30) days prior to the next renewal date.
Failure to provide a 30-day notice will result in the automatic charge of the following month’s membership fee, as our billing cycle renews automatically.
If your current membership is under a commitment period (contracted term), an early cancellation fee will apply as outlined in your membership agreement.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
2. Class Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All class cancellations or reschedules must be made at least twelve (12) hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made within less than 12 hours of class time, or failure to attend a reserved class, will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, the session will be charged in full and no refunds or credits will be issued.
This policy applies to all clients, members, and guests — no exceptions.
